2019 Annual Meeting
Our 2019 Annual Meeting is Tuesday, June 18 at 7 p.m. right after the formal Board of Directors Meeting. Join us for this meeting with a theme of 'WWII on the Home Front - Ration Dessert Recipes.' We will convene on Terrace Level of the Opera House for desserts from WWII era recipes that were created due to rationing. There will be short meeting and election of 2019/2020 Board Members followed by desserts.
Please bring a dessert to pass along with a co of the recipe. Dessert should reference the current exhibit at the GLAHS Museum . . . 'WWII on the Home Front.' Remember that these desserts would have been made using rationed sugar or an ingredient that replaced sugar such as honey or molasses. Punch, water and table service will be provided.
For more information contact Ruth at 517-622-2001. We hope you can join us.
